If the customer requests, an EPROM switch can be installed to toggle between the different settings at the flip of a switch. Base timing is set to 15 degrees, but this is simply a calibration between the engine and ECU. Within the timing maps I manupulate the settings to optimize power production, along with all the other parameters that are modified. The AVC-R was pretty solid and it held stable at the boost pressures advertised.. I'm sure Chris will be updating his profile to reflect that it now has a 'custom dyno-tuned AshSPEC/Z1 ECU'. There is no AFC in his car.
